High Noon Rosé
Wine
Noon Winery High Noon Rosé is sourced from old bush vines planted between 1934 and 1943. Their age gives them a deep root system which helps produce intensely flavoured grapes.
This wine is typically Grenache, however a small portion of Graciano is added in some vintages, if the Grenache yield is too low. The fruit is picked in the cool of the morning and crushed into an open vat.
The juice spends one night in contact with the skins before being pressed. After a cool fermentation, the wine matures for six months in a large old oak cask reserved for ageing Rosé.
Strawberry red, Noon Winery High Noon Rosé is dry, full bodied and flavoursome with round textures and fresh acidity. Serve slightly chilled. Drink young.
